Katie Bayle is a seasoned dental professional with over 15 years of industry experience, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Customer Success at Pearl. Beginning her career as a dental hygienist, Ms. Bayle developed a deep understanding of patient care and dental practice management. Her dedication and expertise extended into legislative advocacy, where she significantly impacted the dental community by expanding the scope of treatments that hygienists in Utah are authorized to perform under the Dental Hygiene Practice Act.
