We are a small, single dentist dental office in West Springfield, VA. Our dental office is seeking a kind, compassionate, and skilled dental hygienist to join our team!
Applicants who would be interested in only certain days or a part-time schedule are encouraged to apply!
New graduates and upcoming 2025 RDH graduates are also encouraged!
Responsibilities
- Reliability and arriving on time
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, associated periodontal therapies such as scaling and root planing, and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Take and record dental records including dental radiographs and periodontal charting exams
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintain an aseptic technique and OSHA standards during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Document patient care
- Assist with sterilization procedures when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- At least 1 year experience working as a dental hygienist is preferred but not required

Pay: $60 - $65 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
